Karl and Zana Greenwood run the Centre of Horseback Combat and Rider Confidence Courses at their base near London. They are looking to bring their knowledge and experience to the wider audience through these Rider Confidence Talks, which are entertaining and provide an educational discussion to cut through the noise of media, myth and rumour that surround horses and horse riding and bring a whole new level of enjoyment and certainty to your life with horses.

‘We are constantly reframing our experiences and perceptions, re-assessing our abilities and allowing outside influences to set our limits’ As a  Hypnotherapist specialising in equine sports, Karl can easily explain how this happens and why it happens – but most importantly – we can easily use these traits to our advantage. Entertaining and educational with plenty of tips and strategies for you to take away.

Karl and Zana have worked in live stunt shows for many years with The Stampede Stunt Company, they coach and compete for the British Equestrian Dzhigitovka & Trick Riding Association and they have shown hundreds of riders how to cope with falls, spins and their fears at ‘The Centre of Horseback Combat Rider Confidence Course’
